Liangfeng Sun (PI)

He got his Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science degrees from Tsinghua Univeristy (1997) and the Institute of High Energy Physics (2000) in Beijing, China. After his Ph.D. study at the University of Texas at Austin (2006), he continued his postdoctoral research at Cornell University. He joined Bowling Green State University as an assistant professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy in 2011 and now an associate professor. He likes cooking, traveling, and playing with his young kids.

Yiteng Tang (Postdoctoral Research Associate)

Yiteng got his Master's degree in Biophotonic from the University of Cardiff in the United Kingdom and his Ph. D. degree in Photochemical Sciences from Bowling Green State University. He is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the Center for Photochemical Sciences, working on the colloidal nanocrystals (quantum dots, nanorods, and nanosheets) and the optoelectronic devices based on them. He likes playing on computers.

Adam Roach (Ph.D. student)

He got his Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry (ACS) while attending the University of Missouri- Kansas City in 2019. In 2019, he joined Bowling Green and Dr. Sun's lab as a doctoral student in Photochemistry. His passion is pursuing energy solutions and materials that will provide a better and more sustainable future. In his spare time, he enjoys dancing, board games, and outdoor recreation.

Sabin Aryal (Ph.D. student)

He got his Master's degree in physics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. In 2022, he joined Bowling green and Dr. Suns' lab as a doctoral student in photochemical sciences. His research interest lies in synthesizing nanocrystals and exploring their novel properties. He likes traveling and listening to music.

Kiran Lamichhane (M.S. student)

Megh Raj Khadka (M.S. student)

He got his Master's degree in physics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. In 2022 Spring, he joined Bowling green and Dr. Suns' lab as a master's student in Physics. His research interest lies in synthesizing nanocrystals, exploring their novel properties, and developing highly-efficient solar panels. He likes playing soccer, traveling, reading, and watching movies.

Sudhir got his Bachelor's and Master's degree in physics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He is currently a Master's student at Bowling Green State University. Sohan Ibna Muslim (M.S. student)

I'm Sohan Ibna Muslim. I completed my bachelor's degree in physics at Govt. Titumir College, Bangladesh. Currently, I'm pursuing a master's degree in physics and astronomy at Bowling Green State University. I joined Dr. Sun's lab in the fall of 2023. Currently, I'm working on PDMS device and LEDs. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies and occasionally drawing.
