The 5th Midwest Relativity Meeting will be held in Milwaukee on Friday November 10th and Saturday November 11th. The meeting will be held in Sandburg Hall, located on the UW-Milwaukee campus. Directions to the various hotels, and from the hotels to campus are given following the talk schedule. Campus parking permits were (snail) mailed last week to those who registered for them. If you have registered for a parking permit and do not receive one in the next few days please let us know.

Tentative talk schedule

The meeting will be held in Sandburg Hall, located on the UW-Milwaukee campus. The standard AV equipment (overhead projector and VCR/monitor) will be available. Please note in the comments section of the registration form below if you will require any additional equipment (such as a slide projector, etc).

DIRECTIONS: Information on directions to the conference and hotels is available here.

HOUSING/TRANSPORTATION: Blocks of rooms have been reserved for the meeting's participants at several area hotels. Information regarding room rates, location, and transportation available from each of the hotels to campus is listed below. Those people who will be driving to campus may purchase parking permits for $3 per day.

MEALS: The Sandburg Hall cafeteria will be open for lunch on both days of the conference. The UWM Union (two blocks from Sandburg Hall) will also be open and has a number of places to eat. In addition, a list of local restaurants suitable for lunch and/or dinner will be made available at the conference.
