Reporting Problems - Please report any problems you encounter, large or small. We can't fix a problem we don't know about. |
Before midnight: You may call for help. Try office numbers first, then home.
After midnight: Call only if you can't close the 0.5m dome or if people or equipment are in danger. (Use your judgment.) Otherwise, if you can't solve your problem, close everything down and submit a trouble report.
Call Dr. Laird first, for any problems on the roof.
Call Dr. Layden for problems related to the 0.5m, CCD, or PCs.
Call Dr. Smith for problems related to the 0.5m or Stargaze equipment.
